Q: How do your t-shirts fit? Are they made big?
A: Each product page mention the cut of the t-shirt. Some are made smaller and some are larger. It is very important to trust this mention and the size chart to precisely get what you want.
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: After the pictures of the products there's a size chart. Take a piece that you like from your wardrobe. Measure it flat in front of you and compare with our chart. That's it! 
Q: I chose the wrong size. Can I return the item?
A: Yes you can, but you will need to pay the return shipping cost to resend your package. Upon receival, we will provide you a credit code equal to the item price and you can redo the purchase in the correct size. 
Q: My garment has a defect. What do I do?
A: We guarantee the quality of our clothes. Send us a picture of the defect to service@mapetiteportee.com

A: Only clothes that you find with the keyword "personalized" in the title can be.

A: Please send restock requests to service@mapetiteportee.com. We will keep you informed.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: In order to avoid waste, all of our products are printed to order and we need some lead time for printing. Our products are typically mailed 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.
Pre-orders, on the other hand, require 3 to 4 weeks of production.
In all cases, processing time will be included in each product page.

Q: What are the shipping costs and delay?
A: Shipping is free for purchases over $ 100. Below this amount, the price of delivery is $ 10 for Quebec and Ontario, and a little more for the rest of Canada. Orders are Express with a tracking number.
